Clubhouse Attendant
The Clubhouse Attendant helps create fun, safe, and memorable experiences for our younger campers. This role is perfect for someone energetic, organized, and great with kids.
Responsibilities include:
• Supervising and assisting with activities such as mini golf, jumping pillow, arcade, pedal bikes, and playground areas
• Helping run weekend activities, including crafts, bingo, ceramics, movie nights, and tie-dye
• Working the concession stand, handling cash sales, and making accurate changes
• Keeping activity areas clean, organized, and stocked
• Creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere for kids and families
• Clean bathrooms and keep pool area tidy

Our Store Cashiers are often the first friendly face our campers see. This role is perfect for someone outgoing, organized, and comfortable multitasking in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
• Ringing up store and concession items using our computer system
• Processing cash and credit card payments accurately
• Answering phones and assisting with guest check-ins
• Restocking merchandise and maintaining inventory displays
• Keeping the store and work areas clean and organized

Housekeeping/Cleaning
Our Housekeeping Team helps keep Pineland clean, comfortable, and ready for our guests. This role is perfect for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and proud of a job well done.
Responsibilities include:
• Cleaning and preparing 14 rental units between guest stays
• Maintaining two large bathrooms and eight showers throughout the day during peak season
• Restocking supplies and reporting maintenance needs
• Ensuring all areas meet cleanliness and comfort standards

Maintenance Assistant
We have 37.5 acres and 199 sites that needs to be taken care of. Our pool needs to be cleaned daily. Mini golf course needs to be leaf blown off every day. There are leaves, sticks and trash that needs to be cleaned up. After each weekend the fire pits need to be cleaned out and the picnic tables need to be put back in place. Garbage cans need to be emptied multiple times a day on the weekends.

Clubhouse Activities Supervisor
The Clubhouse Activities Supervisor leads fun, family-friendly activities inside the Clubhouse and helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This seasonal role is perfect for someone outgoing, organized, and excited to create great experiences for our campers.
Responsibilities include:
• Planning and leading crafts, games, and themed activities for kids and families
• Operating the concession stand during scheduled activities
• Supervising the clubhouse housekeeping team to maintain clean and welcoming spaces

Work Campers
We’re looking for full-time Work Campers (singles or couples) to join the Pineland Camping Park team. This role is ideal for flexible, dependable people who enjoy variety and being part of a fun campground environment. Work camper hours may vary week to week depending on campground needs—some weeks may be lighter, while others may require additional hours, around 28-40+ hours a week. Experience in one or more campground roles is a plus, and cross-training is encouraged so we can pivot and support different areas when needed.
