Rental site and campsite rates are based on up to five people and one vehicle per site. Maximum occupancy for rentals is listed for each rental type. Maximum occupancy for campsites is up to six people or a single family (i.e.: parent/s and their legal dependents). All overnight campers, their equipment, and their vehicles must be registered when making a reservation or prior to check-in, including boats, recreational equipment, automobiles, and trailers. No additional campers or tents may be parked or placed on a rental site.

No pets of any kind are allow on any rental site, or inside any rental unit. Up to two pets (cats or dogs only) are allowed at campsites. Pets are not allowed in the Camp Store, Pineland Grille (formerly Petey’s Pub), the Pineland Grille Pavilion, the Clubhouse (formerly Funland), or inside the pool fence. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside of your tent or camper with leash in-hand or properly attached to a stake or solid surface (i.e.: tree or camper). Owners must immediately clean-up after their pets. Owners that do not clean-up after their pets may incur a fine, to be charged to their card on file.

Wristbands are required for activities, including use of the pool, Clubhouse (formerly Funland), mini golf, etc. Up to five activity wristbands are included for registered campers per site. Additional wristbands for dependents or campers (up to the occupancy limit) can be purchased at the Camp Store for $5/day.

Overnight campers may meet visitors in the public areas of the campground: the Camp Store, Pineland Grille, and Pineland Grille Pavilion at any time for no additional fee as these are Public Areas. Registered campers are permitted to have guests (max 4 per site) at their campsite between the hours of 9am and 9pm. The must check in at the office and pay a visitor fee of $10.00 per person.
This includes a wristband to use our pool and activities areas. Children 4 years of age and younger are free. All visitors must park their vehicle in the main parking lot by the office.

One vehicle is included in the campsite and rental rates. Additional vehicles are $5/vehicle/day and must be registered prior to entering the campground. All vehicles in the campground must have a car pass on display, facing the road. Maximum of two vehicles may park at campsite if space allows, otherwise additional registered vehicles must park in an overflow lot with a vehicle pass on display. Vehicles must fit on the campsite and cannot extend into the road. Rental sites typically only fit one vehicle at the campsite.

Additional fees apply for each boat and trailer. Boats and trailers are required to be parked in our overflow lot. Boats and trailers are not allowed on overnight campsites or on rental campsites.

ATVs and UTVs are welcome on our ATV/UTV sites. Additional fees apply per vehicle as well as the trailer. Maximum of two ATVs/UTVs can be parked on a site. Trailers and additional recreational vehicles must be parked in the overflow lot. No joyriding or excessive revving inside the campground. No cutting through campsites.

Golf carts are available to rent for use within the campground. Advanced reservations recommended. See "Golf Cart Rentals" below for additional information.

All reservations require two-night minimum stay or a three-night stay on holiday weekends.

One camper must be 21 years or older to place reservation and check-in. Payment in full is required for reservation. Valid credit card must be on file for all campers for incidentals.

Check-in is at 3pm, check-out for campsites is at 1pm, checkout for rentals is 11am. Early check-in, if available is $5/hour up to four hours. Late check-out, if available, is $10/hour up to four hours. Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. We cannot guarantee availability upon arrival. Campers should plan to arrive prior to 9pm on their check-in day or call the office to make arrangements. Campers that do not arrive prior to 9am the morning following their check-in date will forfeit the reservation without a refund. In order to provide the best experience for all of our campers, Saturday check-ins/check-outs are not allowed.

Reservations made for Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day weekends, as well as during either of our Campground Halloween weekends, are subject to the Holiday Rates listed above. All reservations made for Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day require a minimum 3-night stay. Campground Halloween weekends require a minimum 2-night stay.

If less than 14 days notice – No refund. If more than 14 days notice you will receive a credit on file valued for the amount of paid reservation valid through the next camping season (less a $10.00 handling fee). NO CASH REFUNDS.
